Evan & Danielle [Zionsville, IN]

I cannot begin to express to you how much I love this couple! The excitement, joy and pure love between them is the reason I love shooting weddings. You will be able to see exactly what I’m talking about by looking at their faces in almost every single photo taken throughout the day.

Danielle gave each of her bridesmaids mugs and scarves as a gift, so I had to steal a couple of the cute scarves for some ring shots;)

Danielle was the smiley-est bride I think I have ever taken photos for! Every time I looked up she had the BIGGEST smile on her face, and I could not help but smile too whenever I looked at her:)

Okay, another reason why I loved this couple: we had always planned on going downtown Zionsville for the bridal party and bride & groom photos after the ceremony. But when I arrived at the church I saw these awesome barns and sunflower patches just across the street. And after the ceremony, because it had rained all morning, the sky was such a deep blue, I knew we had to do some photos in the field. So I asked Danielle what she thought about doing a few there and she said, “Oh yeah! Whatever you think would be best, we’re down for whatever! It would actually be so much easier to do all of them right across the road!” It was so amazing they trusted my judgment and were willing to change their plans at the drop of a hat like that. So I ran across the street to get permission from the owner, but it turned out to be a historical site and was open to the public! So the whole bridal party walked across the road for photos..

I could not ask for a more perfect setting for this image:)

When I asked Danielle & Evan for a list of images they might want, Danielle said, “I’m really sorry, but I made the mistake of showing Evan this picture I saw on Pinterest, and now it’s the only one really that he cares about getting, would you be able to recreate it?” ha ha.. I was a little skeptical about doing this, mainly because it is always a little difficult recreating a Pinterest image, and also the guys may not always really get into acting for the photo. But these groomsmen were all HILARIOUS and really played it up. (My favorite is the guy on the very left who is trapped behind the fence ha ha.)

Did I say how awesome this bridal party was? Because they were, awesome.

Man, I could not stop taking photos of this couple. [Sorry if I’ve posted way too many:)]
